The KINDRED Thriving Rise and Thrive Online Course focuses on the three core principles which make a critical difference to our ability to thrive and perform exceptionally.
Each week will take approximately one hour. You’ll have different things to practice each week that are designed to be minimal on time but maximum on impact.
