I've struggled watching my high achieving, successful clients come to a point of burnout, feeling that what they do (somehow!) still isn't enough.

And yet, with relatively minor tweaks, they gained back major freedom in their life, maintained boundaries to keep enjoyment in their life, they've excelled in their work, and most importantly, they've felt deeply connected to themselves and the life they want even while they achieve great things.

I have met with hundreds of people who were determined to improve their life. I built a process based on evidence-backed strategies designed to overcome stress, increase confidence, and return to the true definition of high performance: a holistic, smarter way of living

Whether I'm working with high performers, artists, athletes, parents or corporate leaders, the pressures are different but the foundations are the same. It wasn't until I worked out there were three major principles that supported all these people, that I'm now dedicated to showing you how it can be done.

Optimal performance begins in phase one, but it’s fuelled by mastery over the right mindset and skills to manage our fast emotions so that you can get your biology to work for your rather than against you. Let’s take it to the next level with practical skills to stay in charge when unexpected challenges arise or when old habits turn up.

Phase 3 | With Compassionate Drive

Become a true master in the final phase. Without positive self regard, we lean toward inhibiting our emotions, withdrawing from opportunities, and ‘fight or flight’ perfectionism. Instead, use compassion to take on risk, so that your drive to achieve is grounded in confidence and purpose.

Susannah Kindred

Hi, I am Susannah, Founder of KINDRED Thriving. I’m a Performance and Mindset Coach, leadership wellbeing coach, keynote speaker, and Master of Clinical Psychology with a mission to transform how we work so that YOU can thrive WITH your ambition. 

My coaching style is informed by evidence-based practice from performance psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and acceptance and mindfulness training.

Week 1 | CLARITY

Learn how to switch from “doing doing doing” mode to “being” mode so that you can unlock the best version of you, with practical ways to get in contact in every day life.  We’ll also map out your unique goals, what difference it would make in your life, and what will get in the way of success.

Week 2 | ACTION

It’s our human nature to cling to what is comfortable and to push away what is uncomfortable. We end up getting controlled by the very things we’re trying to avoid. Learn how to get into action so you can freely pursue your goal and master challenges.

Week 3 | FLOW

The state of Flow is not primarily to improve performance (though the research shows it does this with astounding results), it unleashes deep satisfaction, highlights passionate work, and gives you back time. Learn the science behind high performance routines, explore how to engage psychological flexibility when dealing with big personalities, and gain results-driven strategies that you can implement today.

Week 4 | MINDSET MASTERY

Did you know there are key shortcuts our brain makes when it’s under pressure, when we doubt our performance or when we are overwhelmed? Never fear, get the skills from the science of neuropsychology to rewire your brain and Master Myths and Mindsets. A purposeful, clear, in charge mindset takes you from where you are to where you want to be.

Week 5 | EMOTION MASTERY

Blockages to peak performance? It’s no wonder when you havn’t got the tools to regulate stress and emotions. You cannot sustain being stuck in cycles in chronic stress. Learn the emotion skills to navigate chaos and respond wisely to our emotion-driven impulses.

Week 6 | TRUST

It’s in your control! There may have been times when it made more sense to doubt our competence than to trust our own capacity. But that no longer serves you. Master these simple skills to problem solve and get into flow, to get on track when the going gets hard.

Week 7 | MOTIVATE

Emotion regulation without compassion leads to inhibited control. If you want to be radically open to really facing the challenges that will come your way, self compassion is key. Do you have that niggling worry that being kinder to yourself will mean you let things go? That’s not what the research says. Learn how compassionate drive will push you toward your goals.

Week 8 | INTEGRATE

Foster intention to integrate your work from the earlier chapters, and direct your energy towards the things you want in your life. This is where we unlock your patterns to live by.

This course is designed for ambitious values-led individuals, high potential leaders and execs, big thinkers, and successful women.

Each week we’ll have one live Zoom session together (majority pick one of two possible times). You’ll have access to the community group for the duration of the course.

All sessions are recorded.  

You’ll also have future access to the course and all supporting materials. Each module contains comprehensive videos and worksheets. 

I bring over a decade of training in the science of human behaviour, across clinical psychology, corporate wellbeing, and performance coaching strategy. Through a process of inquiry, research, and meeting hundreds of people who were also determined to improve their life, I discovered these recurring themes in being able to unleash our potential and thrive. Step by step I built a process that allows access not only to states of high performance, but a life that is centred, driven and sustainable, and I am dedicated to showing others how it can be done.

The KINDRED Thriving Rise and Thrive Online Course focuses on the three core principles which make a critical difference to our ability to thrive and perform exceptionally. 

Each week will take approximately one hour. You’ll have different things to practice each week that are designed to be minimal on time but maximum on impact.

Where the magic happens in through the week and beyond, where you execute what you learn and transform how you work so that you don’t just reach the top of your game – you know the habits to stay there. 

The total full price is $797 AUD plus GST.
