Susannah Kindred and KINDRED Thriving provide coaching services. While Susannah Kindred is a registered psychologist, the programs offered by KINDRED Thriving are not a psychology service. This is not to be construed or substituted as psychological therapy or medical advice. By accessing information at and through this site each user waives and releases Susannah Kindred to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of the material made available through this website. In no event shall Susannah Kindred be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from the use of the material.

Client payments are made in advance of services delivered through the purchase of credits.  Payment processing services for KINDRED Thriving are provided by PayPal or Stripe and are subject to the PayPal User Agreement or Stripe Terms. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a Client for KINDRED Thriving, you agree to be bound by the PayPal User Agreement. As a condition of KINDRED Thriving, enabling payment processing services through Paypal or Stripe, you agree to provide KINDRED Thriving with accurate and complete information about you and authorise KINDRED Thriving to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by PayPal.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on KINDRED Thriving’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. KINDRED Thriving does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
