This coaching approach is designed to help high performers and high achievers to lead and live fully – to get better at what they do and feel better doing it.

I have met with hundreds of people who were determined to improve their life. Through inquiry and research, I built a process designed to help people increase confidence, strive sustainably, and connect with themselves outside of their career/craft. And I am dedicated to showing others how it can be done. 

It is grounded in evidence based research to master the present and move forward with grit, fuel the right mindset and manage emotions, and developing the self so that your drive to achieve is grounded in the science of success.

Common areas of work include self awareness, emotion regulation, relationship building, people-led leadership, connection to self and craft, and pursuing bold goals.
For those who are ready to work with me, who have a great mission but are not quite living at their best, this is a minimum three month commitment. Each session we’ll work together on your goals. And a
cross three principles, I personally guide you to access not only to states of high performance, but a life that is calm, centred, driven and sustainable.

Susie's ability to listen, adapt and evolve the teaching and guidance as the goalposts move were astounding. Susie always managed to adapt whatever she was discussing towards what I was struggling to accept that had to change in order to move forward towards a goal I pined to achieve. Signing up for coaching was a huge win. It's really got me back on track with trying to improve relationships (with others and myself). I've taken leaps in the right direction... Susannah brings knowledge, no judgement and enjoyment to the sessions. I'm learning skills to improve my marriage and other relationships and be happy with myself. I have assessed my current role and situation in life and actively choose to keep it, but change the way I look at it to appreciate it more and improve my relationship with it.
